The National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC), a 100% GOI-owned Company, incorporated under the administrative control of the Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance organised a pre-bid meetingin Kolkata (W.B) on 22/08/2024 to address the interested bidders and kick start the auction of 04 flats of NLMC.
NLMC set to auction 04 flats at Golf Link Apartments Owners Association, Chanditala lane for which theRequest for Proposal through E-Auctionwas also issued earlier on dated 22.07.2024, the area of which varies from 850sq. ft. to 1020 sq. ft. with reserve price varying from Rs. 37.4 Lakh to Rs. 46.84 Lakh (approx.).
During the meeting, a thorough presentation was given that covered the entire bidding process including the live procedure/process of e-auction procedure and process by creating video visuals and explained the monetization process in great detail.
The pre-bid meeting received a good response fromparticipants comprising interested investors, bankers and individual bidders. The Participants actively engaged in a Q&A session, raising their queries and receiving clear answers from the NLMC team.
NLMC officials expressed their appreciation for the enthusiastic participation and anticipate a successful auction.
The last date for submission of EMD is 04.09.2024. E-Auction of said properties is proposed to be held on 05.09.2024(11.00 Hrs) to 06.09.2024(11.00 Hrs) or till the extended period.
